JDF ranch was purchased by Dave in 1995 because he disliked living in Cali before disliking living in Cali was cool. His kids stayed here over summer while going back and fourth from Cali to Texas. His wife and daughter officially moved in 2001.
This ranch used to have cows, horses, goats and chickens. The ranch now has chickens and will have a self serve egg stand.
